Whispering Crystals Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Whispering Crystals. If for any reason you are not, we have a return policy in place to help you. Please read this policy carefully.
This Return Policy is a part of our main Terms and Conditions and is subject to them. By placing an order, you agree to both policies.
1. Time Frame for Returns
- Eligibility Period: You must initiate a return within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24-hour period, we do not accept any returns or cancellations, as the order is considered final.
- Exceptions: This policy applies to most of our products. However, some items are final sale and cannot be returned (see Section 4 below).
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
For a return to be accepted and a refund to be processed, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, in its original, brand-new condition, and free from any damage or signs of wear.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all product instructions, documents, wrappings, and any tags.
- Reasonable Care: While the item is in your possession, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of it. Items that are damaged or worn beyond simply opening the original packaging will not be refunded.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, you must contact our customer service team.
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@whisperingcrystals.in within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Provide Details: In your email, please include:
- Your full name and order number.
- A clear explanation of why you wish to return the item.
Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene, personalization, and product integrity, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or Custom-Made Goods: Any items made to your specific order or clearly personalized for you.
- Health and Hygiene Products: Any products that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
- Items on Promotion or Discount: All goods purchased during a promotion, sale, or with a discount code are considered a final sale.
- Perishable or Mixed Goods: Items that, by their nature, deteriorate rapidly or are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Digital Content: Digital downloads or content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
- Mode of Refund: The refund will be issued either as Store Credit (which will be added to your service’s wallet) or via the same payment method you used for the original order. The method of refund will be decided on a case-by-case basis by Whispering Crystals.
- No Fees: We do not charge any fees for the reimbursement.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@whisperingcrystals.in with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Disclaimer on Product Appearance: Please remember that crystals are natural products, and each piece is unique. We cannot guarantee the exactness of colour, shape, or size as depicted on our website. Minor variations are normal and not considered a defect.
